Data Deletion

Want your data deleted? Here is how.

Anyone can ask ClosingLG to delete their personal data. This includes people who filled out one of our forms on Facebook, Instagram or our websites, people who spoke with our AI assistant, and agents with an account.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to help@closinglg.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
  2. Include your full name, and the phone number and email address you used with us, so we can find your records.
  3. Tell us where you connected with us: a Facebook or Instagram form, one of our websites, a call or text, or an agent account.
  4. We confirm we received your request within 3 business days. We may ask you to confirm your identity so no one else can delete your data.
  5. We delete your data within 30 days and email you when it is done.

If you connected through Facebook or Instagram

Deleting your data with us does not change anything in your Facebook or Instagram account. To also remove ClosingLG from your Meta account:

  1. Open Facebook and go to Settings and privacy, then Settings.
  2. Open Apps and websites (you may find it under Accounts Center or Your activity).
  3. Find CLG or ClosingLG and select Remove.

Lead forms you submitted on our ads are stored by us, not by the app connection. To delete those, send the email request above.

For agents with an account

  • Email your request from the address on your account.
  • Deleting your account ends access to the platform. Subscription terms still apply, including the minimum term described in our Terms of Service.
  • Google Calendar — you can disconnect at any time from your account settings. We stop reading your calendar immediately and delete the stored credential. You can also remove access at myaccount.google.com, under Security, then Third-party apps and services.
  • MLS data — when your account or MLS access ends, we delete MLS content and anything derived from it that we hold for you, as the MLS rules require.

What we delete and what we keep

We delete
  • Your name, phone and email
  • Form answers and property details
  • Call recordings, transcripts and messages
  • Data received from Facebook and Instagram lead forms
  • Agent profile, preferences and deal content
  • Google Calendar credentials
We may keep, only as long as needed
  • A minimal “do not contact” record (such as your phone number) so we never call or text you again by mistake
  • Records of your consent or opt-out, which the law requires us to keep
  • Billing and tax records for agents
  • Information needed to resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation
  • Backups, which are overwritten on a regular cycle
If you were connected with a licensed agent, that agent may have their own records of your conversation. We will let the agent know about your request, and you can also contact them directly.

Other choices

  • Just want the calls and texts to stop? Reply STOP to any text or email us. You do not need to delete your data.
  • Want a copy first? Ask for a copy of your data in the same email.
