Privacy Policy

Effective September 24, 2026 · ClosingLG, operated by KNOVEGA LLC

The short version
  • We collect what we need to connect home buyers and sellers with a licensed local real estate expert, and to let Clozy, our AI assistant, help agents work their deals.
  • If you ask us to help you buy or sell, we share your details with one licensed agent. We never share your lead with multiple agents, and we never sell your data to data brokers.
  • We only call or text you if you gave us permission. Reply STOP at any time.
  • MLS listing data is used only as the MLS rules allow, and is never used to train AI models.
  • You can ask us to delete your data at any time at closinglg.com/deletion.

1. Who we are

ClosingLG is a software platform for licensed real estate agents in the United States. We run advertising and landing pages that help people who want to buy or sell a home, we verify those requests, and we connect each person with one licensed agent. The platform also includes Clozy, an AI assistant that helps agents with communication, documents and scheduling.

ClosingLG is operated by KNOVEGA LLC, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA (“ClosingLG”, “we”, “us”). Questions about this policy, or about your data, go to help@closinglg.com.

2. Who this policy covers

WhoExamples
ConsumersPeople who fill out a form on one of our websites or ads (including Facebook and Instagram lead forms), request a Home Value Report, ask about a listing, or speak with our AI assistant.
AgentsLicensed real estate agents and brokers who create a ClosingLG account and receive leads.
VisitorsAnyone who browses closinglg.com or one of our landing pages.

3. What we collect

From consumers

  • Contact details — name, phone number, email address.
  • Property and goal details — property address, whether you want to buy or sell, timeline, price range, and the answers you give on our forms.
  • Consent records — the date, time, page and exact wording of any permission you gave us to call or text you.
  • Conversations — calls, texts and chats with our AI assistant or our team, including call recordings and transcripts where the law allows and where you were told the call may be recorded.

From agents

  • Account details — name, email, phone, password credentials.
  • Professional profile — brokerage, license state, license number and MLS membership.
  • Preferences — how much authority you grant Clozy on each deal.
  • Deal content — messages, documents, notes and contacts you add to the platform, including details of third parties on a deal such as a loan officer, inspector or title company.
  • Billing — payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number never reaches our servers. We store only billing details such as your plan, subscription status and invoice history.

Collected automatically

  • Device, browser and IP address.
  • Pages visited, clicks and form activity on our websites.
  • Cookies and similar tools, described in section 11.
  • Usage logs and diagnostic data from the platform.

From third parties

  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — the information you submit in a lead form on our ads, and ad performance data. See section 6.
  • Google — calendar availability, if an agent connects Google Calendar. See section 7.
  • MLS listing data — property and listing information licensed from the Las Vegas REALTORS® Multiple Listing Service through an approved data feed. See section 8.
  • Public records — property records such as ownership, tax and sale history, used to prepare Home Value Reports.

4. How we use your data

  • To respond to your request and connect you with one licensed agent in your area.
  • To verify requests with a short call or text from our AI assistant or our team, if you agreed to be contacted.
  • To prepare Home Value Reports and show property information.
  • To deliver leads to agents that match their territory and preferences.
  • To run the platform, including Clozy features such as drafting messages, reading documents, scheduling and keeping each deal summary current.
  • To process subscriptions and provide customer support.
  • To measure and improve our ads and websites.
  • To keep the service safe, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
AI processing. Clozy and our AI assistant are built on large language models. To create a draft, answer a question, summarize a deal or hold a call, the relevant content is sent to our AI model providers for processing under contracts that prohibit them from using it to train their own models. Section 8 names those providers and states exactly what each one receives. AI output can be wrong; agents remain responsible for what they send and for the professional advice they give.
We do not sell personal information to data brokers, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or advertising.

6. Facebook and Instagram (Meta) data

We use a Meta business app to manage our ads and to receive lead form submissions from Facebook and Instagram.

  • What we receive — only the fields you fill in on our lead form (such as name, phone, email and your answers) and ad performance data.
  • How we use it — to follow up on your request, connect you with one licensed agent, and measure how our ads perform.
  • What we never do — we do not sell Meta data, use it to build profiles for other companies, or share it with anyone for their own advertising.
  • We follow the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
  • Deleting your data — see our Data Deletion page for step-by-step instructions.

7. Google Calendar and Gmail

There are two Google connections, both optional, both for agents only, and each independent of the other. You can connect either, both or neither: without the calendar, scheduling stays manual; without Gmail, follow-ups go out from our address instead of yours. This section covers exactly what each one does.

Google Calendar — the permissions we request, and why

PermissionWhy
Create and update events on your calendar
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events
So Clozy can put a showing, a call or a closing on your calendar and send the invitation to your client, the lender and anyone else on the deal — and move it when someone reschedules.
See when you are busy, and your time zone
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly
So we only ever offer times you are actually free, in your own time zone, instead of double-booking you or asking you to check.
Your Google account email address
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email
So the app can show you which Google account is connected, and you can tell at a glance if it is the wrong one.

Gmail — the permissions we request, and why

Connecting Gmail does one thing: it lets the follow-up emails you have already set up leave from your own address rather than ours, so the person reading one sees the agent they actually spoke to.

PermissionWhy
Send email on your behalf
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send
So the follow-ups you approve go out from your own address instead of ours. Your past clients see a note from you, in the thread they already know, and a copy lands in your Sent folder like any other email you wrote. This permission cannot read, search or delete anything.
Your Google account email address
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email
So we know which address to put in the From line, and so you can see at a glance which account is connected.
We never read your mailbox, and we did not ask for the permission that would let us. When someone replies to one of these emails, the reply reaches us because the email carries a reply address on our own domain — not because we can see your inbox. We cannot open, search, forward or delete any message in your Gmail, and we cannot see any email you did not send through ClosingLG.

What we do not ask for

  • The full Google Calendar scope, which would let us create or delete entire calendars. We never need that.
  • Any permission to read your Gmail. We can send on your behalf if you connect it, and that is all: we cannot open, search, forward or delete a single message in your mailbox.
  • Google Drive, Contacts, or anything else in your Google account.

What we do with the calendar

  • Read your availability. We check when you are busy and what time zone you are in, so the times we offer are times you are actually free. We read free/busy information and event details only for this purpose.
  • Create and update events on your behalf. When you approve it, we create a calendar event for a showing, call or closing and send the invitation to the people on that deal. If it needs to move, we update the event and notify the same people. We also read the response status so the app can show you who has accepted.
Clozy does not send a calendar invitation, or any other outbound message, without your approval. Before anything leaves, the app shows you what it is about to do and waits for you to approve it.

How the connections are stored

Each credential Google issues when you connect is stored encrypted, in a server-only location, and is used solely to make the requests described above — the calendar one for calendar requests, the Gmail one to send the emails you set up. They are kept separately, so disconnecting one leaves the other working. Neither is ever exposed to the browser or sent to any third party.

What Clozy, our AI assistant, can see

Clozy is the part of the product that reads your calendar, and it is powered by an AI model run by a third party. What actually reaches that model is narrower than the permission you granted, on purpose:

  • Blocks of time when you are busy — a start time and an end time, and nothing else.
  • Your calendar’s time zone, so a proposed time means what it says.
  • The meetings Clozy itself created for a deal, and whether the people invited to those meetings accepted.

What never reaches a model:

  • Titles, descriptions, locations, guests or attachments of your own events — including the ones Clozy did not create.
  • Anything from any other Google service. We do not request Gmail, Drive, Contacts or Photos.
  • Your Google credential, which stays encrypted on our servers and is never placed in a prompt.
In practice this means that if you have an event called “Therapy, 4pm”, Clozy knows only that 4pm is taken. Section 8 names the AI providers we use and what they are permitted to do with what they receive.

Limited Use

ClosingLG's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically: we use Google user data only to provide and improve the scheduling and follow-up features you can see in the product; we do not sell it; we do not transfer it to third parties for their own purposes, for advertising, or for market research; we do not use it to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine learning models; and no human at ClosingLG reads your calendar data except with your explicit permission (for example if you ask us to debug a problem), where it is necessary for security, or where the law requires it.

Turning it off

You can disconnect either connection inside ClosingLG at any time, or revoke our access from your Google account permissions. Either way we stop immediately and delete the stored credential. What already happened stays: events on your calendar remain on your calendar, and emails already sent remain in your Sent folder. They are yours. Disconnecting Gmail does not stop your follow-ups — they go back to leaving from our address.

8. AI providers, and how Google data is kept out of training

ClosingLG uses third-party AI services to provide features you ask for — drafting a message, reading a document you uploaded, proposing a meeting time, writing a listing description, speaking on a call. We do not build or train AI models of our own, and we do not hand your data to anyone to build or train theirs.

Google Workspace data and artificial intelligence

ClosingLG may process Google Workspace user data using third-party AI service providers solely to provide user-facing features requested by the user. Google Workspace user data is not used by ClosingLG to create, train, or improve generalized or foundational AI/ML models. ClosingLG does not permit its AI service providers to use Google Workspace user data for training or improving generalized AI/ML models. ClosingLG's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The AI providers we use

ProviderWhat it is used forGoogle Workspace data?
Anthropic
Claude API (models claude-opus-5 and claude-haiku-4-5), including Anthropic-hosted server tools such as web search
Commercial pay-as-you-go API account (not a consumer Claude plan)
Clozy, the assistant that drafts messages, reads documents and proposes meeting times.
Anthropic’s commercial terms prohibit training its models on API inputs and outputs.
Yes — free/busy time ranges and the meetings Clozy created, as described in section 7. Never event titles, guests or contents.
Google
Gemini API (generativelanguage.googleapis.com, model gemini-2.5-flash)
Paid, billing-enabled API tier
Writing listing descriptions and captions from listing photos and MLS fields.
On the paid tier, Google does not use prompts or responses to train its models.
No. This feature never touches your Google account.
ElevenLabs
Conversational AI and text-to-speech
Paid business tier with zero retention enabled
The voice that calls a new lead to confirm what they are looking for, and the transcript of that call.
ElevenLabs does not train on customer content, and with zero retention the audio and transcript are not stored on their side.
No. This feature never touches your Google account.
Higgsfield
Video generation API (platform.higgsfield.ai)
Paid API account
Turning listing photos into a short marketing video for a property.
Receives listing photographs supplied by the agent, and no personal or Google account data.
No. This feature never touches your Google account.

Only one of these providers ever receives anything derived from a Google API, and only the narrow slice listed in section 7. The rest operate on listing photos, MLS fields and conversations that have nothing to do with your Google account. We do not route requests through model aggregators or gateways, and we do not run any self-hosted or offline model.

If we add or change an AI provider that would receive Google user data, we will update this section before that change goes live.

9. MLS listing data and AI

Some property information on our websites and in the platform comes from the Las Vegas REALTORS® Multiple Listing Service (the “MLS”) and is used on behalf of licensed MLS participants. We handle it according to the MLS rules, including the Participant AI Use Policy (Section 18 of the MLS rules):

  • MLS data is used only for uses the MLS rules allow, such as IDX display and home valuation, and only within the scope of a licensed participant's business.
  • MLS data is never used to train, fine-tune or build any AI model, and is never sold or packaged as a dataset.
  • When AI tools use MLS data, the data is looked up at the time of the request and is not stored inside the AI model.
  • Confidential and MLS-only fields are never shown to the public.
  • AI-generated content based on MLS data is subject to review, correction and approval by a licensed professional before it is used publicly.
  • We do not use AI to alter listing photos (for example, virtual staging) unless you, as a consumer, ask for it — and then only in your own view.
  • If our access to MLS data ends, we delete MLS content and anything derived from it, as the MLS rules require.
Listing information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Home Value Reports are estimates, not appraisals.

10. Who we share data with

WhoWhy
One licensed agentWhen you ask for help buying or selling, we share your contact details and your request with one licensed agent in our network, at your direction. Agents pay ClosingLG for the platform. Your lead is never shared with more than one agent at a time.
Google Cloud and FirebaseHosting, database, authentication and file storage.
StripePayments for agent subscriptions.
Email, text and phone providersSending emails and texts and placing calls (for example Resend and our CRM and messaging tools).
AI model providers (Anthropic, Google, ElevenLabs, Higgsfield)Processing for Clozy and our AI assistant, under contracts that prohibit training on your data. Named individually, with what each receives, in section 8.
Meta and Google advertisingMeasuring ad performance, as described in section 11.
MLSWhere the MLS rules require us to disclose the tools and vendors that access MLS data.

Beyond that, we disclose data only where the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a merger or acquisition. We do not sell personal information to data brokers, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

11. Cookies and advertising tools

Our websites use cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel and Conversions API and Google tags, to keep you signed in, understand how our pages are used and measure our ads. You can control cookies in your browser settings and manage ad preferences in your Facebook, Instagram and Google account settings.

12. Retention and security

  • Agent account and deal data is kept while the account is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax and dispute purposes.
  • Consumer lead data is kept while it is useful to help you, and deleted when you ask, unless the law requires us to keep it.
  • We keep a minimal “do not contact” record — for example, your phone number — if you ask us to stop contacting you, so we never contact you again by mistake.
  • Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Sensitive credentials are additionally encrypted with keys held in a managed secret store and are never available to the browser. Access by our own staff is limited to what a person needs to do their job.
  • We protect our AI tools against misuse and manipulation, and review them for security risks. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

13. Your choices and rights

  • Access and copy — ask for a copy of your personal data.
  • Correct — ask us to fix anything that is wrong.
  • Delete — ask us to delete your data. See our Data Deletion page.
  • Stop calls and texts — reply STOP or email us.
  • Stop marketing emails — use the unsubscribe link in any email. Service and billing notices continue while you have an account.
  • Google Calendar — disconnect at any time from your account settings.

Nevada residents may submit a request directing us not to sell covered information, as defined by Nevada law, by emailing help@closinglg.com with the subject “Nevada Opt Out”. California residents and residents of other states with privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to know, delete, correct and opt out. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by law, and we will not discriminate against you for using your rights.

We respond to requests within 30 days, or sooner where the law requires. We may need to verify your identity first.

14. Children

ClosingLG is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

15. Changes to this policy

We post updates on this page with a new effective date. If a change is material — especially one that affects how we handle Google or Meta data — we will notify agents by email before it takes effect.
