Terms of Service

These Terms are the legal agreement between you and KNOVEGA LLC for use of the ClosingLG service. By creating an account, subscribing, paying, submitting a form, or using any part of the platform or our websites, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms cover all ClosingLG plans, including Kickstart Agent, Smart Closer and Top Agent. Our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page are part of these Terms.

• Agent accounts are only for real estate professionals who hold an active license in good standing and, where MLS features are used, an active MLS membership.
• You must be at least 18 and give us accurate information, including your license and brokerage details. Tell us promptly if your license status or brokerage changes.
• You are responsible for your account and everything done under it. Keep your login private.

• You must keep a valid default payment method on file. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled.
• Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect on the next billing cycle and are not refunded.
• Minimum term and cancellation. All subscriptions have a mandatory 3-month minimum term that cannot be cancelled. After that, you may cancel by emailing help@closinglg.com at least 30 to 45 days before your next billing date.
• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued, except where the law requires otherwise.
• Monthly lead allowances do not roll over.
• We do not guarantee that any lead will respond, meet with you, or close.

• Each lead is delivered to one agent. It is not shared with other ClosingLG agents at the same time.
• Leads come from consumers who asked to be contacted. We keep records of their consent.
• When you contact a lead, you are responsible for following all laws that apply to you, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Do Not Call rules, Nevada law, and your brokerage policies. Honor every request to stop contact right away and tell us about it.
• ClosingLG does not take a share of your commission.

You agree not to:

• Resell or share leads with anyone outside your own practice.
• Share your login or let other agents use your account.
• Send unlawful, misleading or discriminatory communications, or break telemarketing, texting or Do Not Call rules.
• Use the Service in a way that violates fair housing laws.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, overload or get around the limits of the Service.
• Try to manipulate or misuse our AI tools, including by entering instructions meant to make them act outside their purpose.

You are the licensed professional in every transaction and remain solely responsible for following real estate law, brokerage obligations, fair housing rules and advertising rules in your jurisdiction.

• Clozy can draft emails and texts, schedule meetings, read documents and update records for you. You set Clozy's authority for each lead.
• Clozy does not send any outside message or calendar invitation without your approval.
• AI output can be incomplete or wrong. You must review, correct and approve any AI-generated content before it is sent to a client or shown to the public. Approving an action means you have reviewed it, and anything Clozy sends after you approve it is treated as sent by you.
• Lead qualification by our AI assistant is not a guarantee of interest, readiness or conversion.
• Our AI model providers process content under contracts that prohibit them from training their models on it.

Where the Service uses MLS Data, ClosingLG acts as a technology and AI vendor at the direction of the licensed MLS participant. Both of us agree to follow the MLS rules, including the Participant AI Use Policy (Section 18). In particular:

• MLS Data may be used only for uses the MLS rules allow — such as IDX display, brokerage back office and valuation — and only to support activity within your license.
• MLS Data may not be used to train, fine-tune or build any AI model, resold, or exported as a dataset.
• You may not use the Service to create false, misleading or fabricated listing content.
• AI-generated content based on MLS Data must be reviewed and approved by a licensed professional before it is made public. This review cannot be delegated to consumers.
• AI photo alteration of listing media, such as virtual staging, is not allowed unless a consumer asks for it and it is shown only in that consumer's own view.
• Confidential and MLS-only fields will never be shown to the public.
• You authorize us to disclose ClosingLG and its subprocessors to the MLS, to register websites that use AI to display MLS Data, and to provide documentation or attestations the MLS reasonably requests.
• When your MLS access or your relationship with us ends, we will stop accessing MLS Data on your behalf and delete MLS content and derived data we hold for you, unless the MLS authorizes otherwise in writing.

• Our websites are free for consumers. When you submit a request, you ask us to connect you with a licensed agent and, if you agreed, to call or text you about it.
• Home Value Reports are automated estimates, not appraisals, and should not be relied on for lending, legal or tax decisions.
• Listing information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed and may change or become unavailable at any time.
• ClosingLG is a technology company, not a real estate brokerage. Real estate services are provided by the licensed agent you are connected with.

The Service works with third-party services such as Google Calendar, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Stripe and MLS data providers. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes made by third parties.

• We own the Service, including its software, design, content and the ClosingLG and Clozy names.
• You keep ownership of the content you upload. You give us permission to use it only to provide and improve the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• MLS Data belongs to the MLS and its participants and is licensed, not sold.

• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
• We are not liable for lost commissions, lost deals, downtime, AI errors, or failures of third-party services, or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
• Our maximum total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the one month before the claim.
• We do not provide legal, tax, mortgage or investment advice.

You agree to defend and hold KNOVEGA LLC harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your communications with leads, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or MLS rule.

• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, the law or MLS rules, or that puts consumers or the Service at risk. Fees already paid are not refunded.
• After termination, we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

We will email agents about material changes to these Terms before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept it.
